How You’ll Make an Impact:
As Senior Manager, Digital Product Management (Agentic AI Innovation), you will ensure that the delivery of agentic products is operationally sound, compliant, and scalable. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Governance teams to bring agentic solutions to market safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operationalize Product Strategy: Translate product vision and roadmap into executable development plans, ensuring all milestones, dependencies, and risks are tracked and mitigated
- Governance & Compliance Stewardship: Lead navigation through enterprise AI governance processes — including documentation, model approvals, risk assessments, and regulatory alignment
- UAT & Validation: Oversee user acceptance testing, model validation, and deployment readiness for agentic solutions. Maintain robust documentation and ensure traceability from requirements through delivery
- Model Lifecycle Management: Manage model health and compliance post-launch — monitoring performance, retraining needs, and ongoing evaluation against AI risk and fairness standards
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with Product Management, Technology, Risk, and Legal to align on delivery timelines, security standards, and operational readiness
- Continuous Improvement: Establish repeatable frameworks and best practices for agentic product delivery — optimizing for quality, speed, and governance consistency
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product development, technology delivery, or program management, ideally in AI, fintech, or enterprise platforms
- Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks for AI or data products
- Proven success managing end-to-end delivery cycles — from design through testing and launch
- Strong partner management skills, with ability to communicate technical and risk topics clearly to non-technical audiences
- Meticulous attention to detail, documentation, and execution discipline
- Comfortable operating in an innovation-driven, highly regulated environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI model governance, validation, or responsible AI processes
- Familiarity with risk and control frameworks (e.g., model risk, data privacy, security)
- Background in financial services, payments, or regulated technology delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree
