SENIOR MANAGER, DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
The Role
Are you passionate about driving transformation at scale and making an impact for millions of clients? Fidelity’s Digital Transformation team partners across channels, journeys, and platforms to reduce friction, improve efficiency, and enhance client experience.
As a Senior Manager, Digital Transformation, you will join the Digital Products function with a mandate to deliver measurable impact by reducing cost-to-serve, driving adoption, and embedding reusable solutions that enable frictionless experiences. This role is highly cross-functional, sitting at the intersection of execution, business transformation, data insights, and client enablement.
You’ll manage delivery of established initiatives while also shaping the next wave of high-impact transformation plays that streamline servicing, drive adoption, and improve business outcomes.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
6+ years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, transformation, or enterprise program leadership; financial services experience is a strong plus
Proven success in leading large scale transformation initiatives from ideation through execution with measurable impact on cost, efficiency or revenue
Expertise in digital transformation, customer servicing & segmentation, or channel orchestration strategy in large matrixed organization
Strong track record of leading complex initiatives across functional lines with measurable business outcomes
Ability to craft executive-ready presentations and business cases to drive decision-making
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
Past experience in identifying root causes and design practical solutions — applying a consulting mindset to frame problems, size opportunities, and mobilize execution.
Strong communication and organizational skills; capable of influencing without authority
Comfortable using dashboards, external / internal trends, behavior signals and client metrics to derive insights and shape enterprise thinking
The Team
The Digital Transformation team is part of Fidelity’s Digital Products organization, focused on scaling client adoption and enhancing experiences across channels. The team runs enterprise-wide transformation plays that directly impact customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
We partner across channels, journeys, and platforms to reduce friction, simplify servicing, and embed reusable solutions that scale across the firm. Our work connects business strategy with execution — ensuring outcomes that matter for customers, associates, and Fidelity overall.

The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$150,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
