The Role

As an Analyst in Equity Investment Services (EQIS) at Fidelity Investments, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Compliance Risk and Business Operations (CRBO) team. This is an outstanding chance to apply your analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills to propel data quality initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, support broker voting and reporting processes, and develop compelling presentations. Your efforts will directly enhance the efficiency and efficacy of our Equity Investment Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation Development: Build and improve presentations for EQIS and Equity Management, using data storytelling and visualization to communicate insights optimally.
  • Project Management: Lead and support projects across EQIS, including initiatives tied to board reporting, Corporate Access, and AI integration.
  • Broker Voting Support: Maintain and enhance broker voting models and reporting tools; collaborate with FFIO to improve EXTEL reporting and Sell Side Analyst Ranking processes.
  • Data Quality & Review: Conduct data reviews and cleanup efforts; support Corporate Access with process documentation and data validation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, legal, procurement, and other internal partners to support critical initiatives, including AI and automation.
  • Reporting & Communication: Assist Board Reporting and Communication teams with workload tracking and management reporting.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual that is passionate about process improvement and operational efficiency. You should have a proven track record to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’ s degree with 8+ years of experience in an investment support, project management, or consulting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel with formulas/macros, Word).
  • Experience with databases and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with Senior Leaders in Equity Investing.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners and effective at handling their expectations.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills.

The Team

The role is part of the Asset Management Compliance, Risk and Business Operations (CRBO) team, which is comprised of: AM Compliance, AM Risk, Business Operations and Strategy, Counterparty Research & Analytics, Investment Services and Investment Risk Management. The teams work together to support AM’s strategic goals while being the best partner to the business to protect our clients via proactive compliance monitoring, risk oversight and strategic business planning. While part of CRBO, the role is aligned with the priorities of the Equity Investment organization.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
