The objective of the ETS Governance and Data Office serves as the connective tissue across risk and control functions, ensuring consistency in reporting, tooling, and procedures. It manages risk committees, regulatory interactions and audit while providing visibility into ETS risk posture.
The ETS Governance and Data Office is looking for a Program Manager focused on ensuring operational and control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies.
The Program Manager, ETS Governance and Data Office will:
- Independently manage special projects/ activities and directly manage certain day-to-day issues on behalf of the VP of Governance and Data Office
- Resource management including delivery of hiring goals and contractor management.
- Create comprehensive executive level presentations
- Deliver a broad range of communications including technology strategy updates, Town Hall presentations, and employee communications
- Manage business planning and operational processes (e.g., Leadership meetings, cost center management, and goal setting metrics)
- Drive organizational optimization and business process improvement
- Act as a central point of contact for urgent business issues
- Balance the management of day-to-day business priorities along with long-term strategic deliverables
- Collaborate with the various constituencies across the Company in order to accomplish tasks on behalf of the VP and their leaders
- Act as a mentor and coach for employees and assist them in solving business problems
- Drive organizational optimization and business process improvement
Qualifications:
- Min 3 years of experience in computer science, information security, data architecture, data management or data-related function.
- Outstanding leadership and relationship building skills with proven ability to influence without authority across peers and superiors and drive projects with little direction.
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions quickly and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously – thrives in grey space.
- Active listening skills, summarization skills and lateral thinking to uncover and react to emerging opportunities
- Proven decision making & problem-solving capabilities with strong follow up skills and attention to detail.
- Strong sense of integrity and ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion and judgment.
- Exemplary communication skills – written and verbal as well as strong ability to influence leaders and drive change
- Demonstrated ability to create and explain analysis of complex problems
- Ability to understand, analyze data and produce meaningful conclusions
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work effectively in ambiguous situations, and a willingness to take charge and drive results
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and be flexible when faced with changing priorities
Preferred:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or has equivalent work experience)
- Certifications: either CISM or CRISC

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
