Job Title: Senior Manager, Finance
The Role
Are you prepared to offer strategic insights and financial leadership within Fidelity Wealth Finance's Central Finance team? As a Senior Manager in the Central Finance Planning team, you will provide meaningful, clear, and actionable financial analysis to support sound decisions. Your responsibilities include offering strategic insights, assessing the business's financial performance, improving internal processes, and aligning planning activities across Fidelity Wealth.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
7+ years of relevant financial analysis or related experience
Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and contributing to the team are essential
Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Confidence and maturity to work independently and cross-functionally
Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
Ability to teach and mentor others on financial concepts and tools
Comfort working in ambiguity and proactively identifying solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels
Ability to combine a strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills
Proficiency with financial, presentation, and data visualization tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Tableau, and PowerBI
Experience with Anaplan and NGAV strongly preferred

The Team
As part of the Fidelity Wealth Finance organization, you will support senior management by providing insightful, actionable financial analysis that guides decision making impacting Fidelity's clients, associates, and future growth. The team values curiosity, collaboration, and a customer-obsessed mindset, working together to deliver innovative, measurable outcomes.
The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$180,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
