The Role

The Lifetime Engagement (LTE) Product Area plays a critical role in driving customer centricity across Workplace, Brokerage & Wealth to reduce friction and enable customer experiences that accelerate lifetime engagement with Fidelity. The Senior Manager, Lifetime Engagement Planning and Reporting is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and communicating progress toward our objectives, for helping to organize the Lifetime Engagement organization’s operating routines, and for synthesizing our work for business unit quarterly and annual routines.

The Value You Deliver

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze performance against Product Area and Shared PW KPIs and report progress to senior executives and business partners

  • Identify trends and changes in key metrics, investigate the drivers of these, and communicate findings to leadership

  • Support multi-year planning, goal setting, and other business routines (e.g., alignment forums, all associates meetings, business reviews)

  • Partner closely with CKSI stakeholders

  • Provide visibility into deliverables, events, plans, and strategic business initiatives to drive alignment (e.g. integrated calendar)

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • BA/BS required

  • Minimum 5 years working in a professional environment

  • Knowledge of financial services industry preferred

  • Skilled Program/Project Manager: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communicator, adaptability and focus on success measurement.

  • Strong business acumen: Ability to understand LTE’s KPIs and communicate insights. You utilize a data-driven approach for decision making, both in day-to-day leadership and strategic tradeoff analyses

  • Strong Collaborator: Understands the importance of gathering feedback from multiple stakeholders across different teams.

  • Ability to Build Strong Relationships: Highly effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
