The Role
Reporting to Strategic Adviser’s Vice President, Managed Accounts Investment Solutions, the position will be a catalyst in the growth of managed accounts product including our dedicated mutual fund line-up that are the foundation of our advice solutions and investment capabilities within SAI.
The Senior Manager, Managed Accounts Investment Solutions will assist in the development and execution of managed account product initiatives while continuously improving and supporting our current product offerings.
An important role is to act as liaison between SAI investment professionals and key product, sales and service, communications, legal and compliance business partners. Effectively turning transforming our investment capabilities into clear and powerful value drivers for clients!
Finally, you will lead the board reporting process of the Strategic Advisers multi-manager funds. You will also provide portfolio, performance and competitor profiles, analysis, and insight.

Primary Responsibilities
The Senior Manager responsibilities within Strategic Advisers managed account offerings/capabilities will contribute to several exciting areas of the business.
- Provide business analysis and project management support which will assist in the definition of investment solutions that meet identified customer/market needs; and represent investment team needs in platform/implementation efforts to bring new capabilities and products to market
- Contribute to product launches by assisting in representing the investment team to communicate the investment process, investment philosophy, portfolio construction positioning and messaging, representative training, as well as thought leadership
- Provide ongoing product support in the form of communications and positioning of investment process and methodology, as well as facilitation of client exceptions, reporting/analysis enhancements, ad hoc channel requests and Board preparation for the PAS-dedicated multi-manager and underlying dedicated Fidelity SAI funds
- Deliver competitive analysis and insights of the Managed Accounts marketplace by monitoring the performance, product enhancements, and product development of selected key competitors
- Communicate the investment philosophy, process, resources and results to internal partners and will work closely with product professionals across Fidelity's distribution channels to support product positioning, product marketing, and product development
- Generate valuable, decision-support reporting for internal and external audience to shape the future of our business and offerings
The Skills and Expertise You Bring
- Four (4+) plus years of financial services experience, preferably in product management, product development or product strategy roles
- Experience with mutual funds across multiple asset classes
- Interpersonal and Influencing skills required along with confirmed ability to successfully engage with all levels of management across multiple business units.
- Communication Skills and the ability to clearly, concisely and persuasively present complex proposals, issues and arguments, both in writing and verbally.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking Skill required ensuring analyses are thoroughly vetted and sound
- Project Management skills required to efficiently drive projects across the company and run critical dependencies
