Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small business being the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending, and co-brand cards. Within Small Business Marketing, the Small Business Prospect Marketing Team creates best-in-class, integrated prospect experiences to acquire new Cardmembers and accelerate US SME growth.

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Sr. Manager, Prospect Offer Strategy will help develop and deliver compelling, efficient offer strategies across our partner and proprietary products and channels.This individual should have a strong interest in cross-channel and go-to-market strategy, be naturally curious about the Card acquisition landscape. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy the challenge of working in white space to shape strategies that create intuitive customer experiences and drive revenue-generating results.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross functional teams including Marketing (GCSM & CMS), Analytics, Product, Finance, Technology, and Campaign Execution to define and maintain a holistic Offer Strategy that drives incremental acquisitions and seamless customer experiences
  • Set, maintain, and circulate a cross-channel offer roadmap, communicating performance and offer changes to key stakeholders
  • Track offer performance and analyze results to identify data-driven risks and opportunities
  • Lead preparation and follow-ups for monthly executive-level Marketing Offer Forums
  • Facilitate flawless execution and delivery of offer innovations, changes, and strategy
  • Support the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of offer-related standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist with ad hoc compliance initiatives as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience across Marketing, Consulting, or Product Management
  • Strategic Storytelling: Taking opinions, data, and hypothesis and turn into a cogent storyline
  • Operates Autonomously: Takes a project from ideation to delivery. Able to prioritize in ambiguous situations.
  • Proactivity: Follows through on items without being managed. Resourceful with a collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills across all levels of seniority.
  • Flexibility/Adaptability: Works effectively in ambiguous situations, with ability to pivot quickly and confidently if needed
  • Leadership: Proven ability to drive outcomes leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
