Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital product management in the brokerage space? Join the Brokerage Business Analysis Team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in all phases of product development—from strategy to execution.

The Role

As a Product Manager supporting a Brokerage Experience Squad, you’ll collaborate closely with your Squad Leader to define and deliver a compelling product vision. You’ll integrate product knowledge, strategy, and customer insights to identify enhancements, craft detailed requirements, and drive innovative solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Your responsibilities will span backlog management, rigorous testing, and product release support, all while maintaining alignment with customer needs and business goals. Drawing on deep expertise in self-directed investing—including Equities/ETFs, Fixed Income, Options, and Margin—you’ll ensure experiences across Trading, Monitoring, Research, Active Trader Next, Engagement and Youth experiences are intuitive and high-performing. This role also supports broader Brokerage product teams as needed, offering flexibility and cross-functional collaboration to scale our ability to serve diverse investor segments.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Financial Services or related industries

  • Product management experience with a strong track record of delivering customer- and associate-focused digital solutions across web and mobile platforms.

  • Proven ability to lead high-priority initiatives from concept through execution, collaborating across cross-functional teams in agile environments.

  • Expertise in self-directed investing, including Equities/ETFs, Fixed Income, Options, Margin, and trading strategies—serving a range of investor segments from novice to advanced.

  • Passionate about using data to solve problems, with strong skills in synthesizing insights into compelling narratives, vision statements, and data-informed decisions.

  • Skilled in root cause analysis, process and journey mapping, and maintaining a customer-obsessed mindset to continuously improve experiences.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and proactive problem-solving abilities

  • Series 7 and 63 preferred or ability to acquire
