The Senior Manager, Direct Marketing will be responsible for owning the direct mail strategy for Charge products within GCS Small Business Prospect Marketing. We are looking for a savvy performance marketer who can build a high-impact roadmap for our end-to-end prospect Direct Mail acquisition. This high-visibility role is a unique opportunity to drive impact and partner closely with key decision makers across the GCS enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Charge Card acquisition Direct Mail marketing strategy & roadmap; define key strategic initiatives to drive new accounts acquired.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance our strategy, identifying new and innovative marketing opportunities, and build a test-and-learn pipeline.
  • Partner internally to accurately forecast growth, response, and maintain regular performance reporting to drive strategic decisions.
  • Developa data-driven approach to ongoing investment prioritization for Charge Direct Mail initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and changes in the SME prospect journey.  
  • Partner within the broader GCSM organization to deliver a connected creative and offer experience to prospects.
  • Oversee 2Marketing Operations Analysts that execute Direct Mail campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
  • Self-starter with an ability to think strategically and comfortable with white space, leading both strategy and execution.
  • Experience aggregating disparate data and developing concise and succinct recommendations; history of translating insights into strategies.
  • Experience marketing to the SME segment and positioning campaigns to align with the needs of small business owners.
  • Excellent partnership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and time management abilities.
  • Multi-Channel marketing and performance marketing experience, including direct mail and/or digital marketing preferred.
  • Experience leading colleagues, directly or indirectly, a plus.
  • Experience in financial services or B2B a plus, but not required.

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
