In this EG-130-level role, you will define and drive the capability strategy and roadmap, set technical and process standards, and ensure solutions deliver compliant, scalable, and measurable value across BMS’s global operations. You will lead complex, non-routine technical initiatives with ambiguous requirements, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT stakeholders to translate business outcomes into an executable solution architecture and delivery plan. You will provide strategic direction and governance across internal teams and system integrators, proactively manage cross-functional risks and dependencies, and influence enterprise design decisions to ensure end-to-end process integrity and controls.

• Act as the named SME and design authority for SAP CO/FI integration across product costing and inventory valuation; set standards/patterns, approve designs, and provide final technical recommendations for enterprise template and control alignment.

• Lead end-to-end solution shaping for complex, non-routine initiatives (enhancements, new capabilities, integrations, and bolt-ons) by converting ambiguous business needs into a clear problem statement, solution options, executive trade-offs, and an executable delivery backlog.

• Drive enterprise standardization and continuous improvement by identifying systemic process/control gaps, defining remediation strategy, and influencing BMS Internal policy/process decisions through governance forums and release portfolio prioritization.

• Provide accountable leadership for cross-functional programs and major workstreams, owning scope, outcomes, resourcing, timeline, budget, quality, and cutover readiness; ensure operational sustainability via clear ownership, runbooks, and support model readiness.

• Set technical direction and govern delivery execution across system integrators and third-party suppliers (e.g., Accenture); define acceptance criteria, chair design reviews, approve deliverables, and drive performance management and escalations to protect enterprise outcomes.

• Own the domain integration and data strategy, including interface patterns, master/transactional data definitions, reconciliation frameworks, and data quality controls; ensure end-to-end integrity and traceability across the enterprise system landscape.

• Lead senior stakeholder management and strategic alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT; facilitate decision-making, negotiate trade-offs, and provide concise executive-level communications on options, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.

• Operate as the domain thought leader in highly ambiguous environments by framing complex problems, aligning stakeholders to a target outcome, and driving timely decisions while anticipating downstream impacts to financial close, compliance, and manufacturing operations.

• Establish and run domain governance (design authority, change control, prioritization, and release management); manage cross-team dependencies and risk mitigation plans to ensure predictable delivery and minimal business disruption.

• Drive enterprise-level value realization by identifying cross-domain synergies and reuse opportunities across SAP Finance and Supply Chain; harmonize designs, data standards, and automation capabilities to improve scalability and reduce total cost of ownership.

• Own the domain compliance and controls approach for delivered solutions (GxP, SOX/internal controls, and BMS standards); partner with Quality to define validation strategy and ensure audit-ready documentation, testing evidence, and control-bydesign are embedded across the lifecycle. BMS Internal
