Job Description

The Team

The Enterprise AI Transformation Office sits at the center of one of the company’s most important strategic priorities: harnessing AI and automation to fundamentally transform how we operate, serve customers, and create long-term enterprise value.

This program is designed to deliver outsized impact across three critical audiences:

  • Customers: Elevate experiences to be more personalized, seamless, and differentiated — delivered consistently and at scale.
  • Colleagues: Simplify and automate internal processes so teams can focus on driving the most important business outcomes.
  • Shareholders: Reimagine how we work and what we deliver — leveraging AI and automation to improve performance, increase efficiency, and drive sustainable enterprise value.

The Enterprise AI Transformation Office will lead enterprise-wide measurement and governance, cultivate a future pipeline of transformation opportunities, and modernize core business enablement processes (e.g., TLM, New Product Development, Model Governance). We will redesign these processes to eliminate friction and automate where possible — without compromising strong risk management and governance — enabling the enterprise to move with speed and confidence.

AITO is leading an enterprise-wide effort to reimagine and modernize core risk and governance processes for an AI-enabled organization, working across all lines of defense, legal, regulatory, and technology partners to enable faster, simpler, and more consistent approval and enablement pathways.

The Role

The Enterprise AI Transformation Office will lead the design and execution of business enablement and governance modernization efforts across the enterprise. This role will support the team in reimagining how core approval and enablement processes operate end-to-end, identifying sources of friction, and driving coordinated redesign efforts across stakeholders.

The Senior Manager will support AITO’s business enablement work by helping to build the fact base, document processes, and support coordinated redesign efforts across key approval and governance workflows. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand how processes operate today and where they can be simplified and improved — while ensuring alignment with enterprise risk, policy, and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support documentation of end-to-end processes, including stakeholders, systems, policies, and decision points
  • Help identify friction points and opportunities for improvement across approval workflows
  • Build analyses and synthesize findings from stakeholder inputs and use-case reviews
  • Support redesign efforts in coordination with process owners and risk partners
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across business units, control, risk, compliance, and technology teams
  • Track deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies across workstreams
  • Prepare materials for working sessions and leadership updates
  • Support workshops, data collection, and stakeholder interviews

Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program support roles
  • Foundational understanding of risk, governance, or regulatory environments (financial services preferred)
  • Interest in process improvement, AI transformation, and operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and execution discipline
