
Senior Manager, Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions (WAMS) Planning
Job Description:
The Role
We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who will join our Planning and Operations team within the Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions (WAMS) organization. The Senior Manager of WAMS Planning will be responsible for driving effective management and prioritization for the WAMS business and technology footprint with the following core responsibilities:
Drive annual planning exercises and support ongoing management of the WAMS organization’s goals, KPIs, budget, multi-year-plan, headcount, and squads.
Coordinate quarterly FI and WAMS scorecard updates.
Drive WAMS budget management and identify areas to reallocate funds as needed throughout the year, partnering with Finance and business leads.
Monitor key capabilities and gaps to advise future staffing decisions and understand capacity utilization across WAMS.
Maintain connectivity across product areas and vendor/procurement teams to monitor budget and planned spend.
Maintain connectivity to the FI Planning team and provide applicable reporting and updates coming out of the WAMS organization.
Provide financial analysis support for WAMS strategic initiatives or new business cases.
Support WAMS Leadership executive forums and management processes.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
BS degree required. Progress towards an MBA or similar certification or degree preferred.
Five plus (5+) years of financial services experience, preferably in finance, project management, strategy, or consulting.
Interest in the Fidelity intermediary marketplace, managed products, and managed platforms, including familiarity with Fidelity products and services.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel are required.
Experience with project management, performance tracking, and measuring progress against goals.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly, concisely and persuasively present business issues, recommendations and solutions, both in writing and verbally.
Strong hands-on project leadership skills with the ability to complete complex projects as a part of a small team within a fast-paced environment.
Strong team orientation; attention to detail.
Work collaboratively across the Fidelity Enterprise and possess strong influence skills while maintaining productive long-term working relationships.

The base salary range for this position is $89,000-180,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
