Senior Marketing Manager
The Role
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute key marketing initiatives for Fidelity’s institutional wealth management business. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams and business partners to deliver impactful programs across email, social, content, events, and digital experiences. This hands-on role requires strong project management skills, adaptability, and the ability to maintain high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently across multiple platforms and channels
- Strong communication skills to provide progress updates, identify obstacles, and propose solutions
- Experience in the financial industry or other regulated environments preferred
- Skilled in writing and creating marketing materials with a focus on accuracy and process
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build positive relationships in a matrixed environment
- Flexibility to support primary business priorities while adapting to evolving needs
The Team
We are a highly collaborative, cross-functional team committed to driving valuable marketing programs aimed at reaching and engaging Fidelity’s institutional clients. You will be a critical member of the Segment & Solutions Marketing Team and will work closely with business partners and groups across the company to market our services for wealth management companies.
Please see the below pay rate range for the work location of Massachusetts and Rhode Island only: $65.00-$75.00 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
