Job Description:
Our WI Employer & Advisor Marketing team is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the Financial Help and Advice team to support driving awareness of our Workplace Investing financial help offerings. This role will include a focus on Personal Planning & Advice, Fidelity’s managed account solution.
The Role
- You will partner closely with a wide network of cross-functional internal partners and business stakeholders to support the business’ growth and retention objectives
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Craft compelling stories and journeys using data to demonstrate to Plan Sponsor clients and their employees how these products can contribute to their company’s goals and employee’s satisfaction
- Identify, analyze, and report on success metrics and quickly pivot based on results
- Partner with product, sales and relationship management teams to craft collateral that best position these products to clients and prospects
- Partner with our digital channel, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve creative lead gen and lead nurturing tactics
- Understand and apply legal/fiduciary standards and pending regulatory & legislative considerations that may impact business objectives, while monitoring the competitive market and ever-changing financial environment & outlook
- Support primary business area efforts while also having the ability to flex effort across the Financial Help & Advice team, as needed
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
- 7 + years of successfully developing and driving multiple B2B marketing initiatives and campaigns with large cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree: MBA preferred
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently to advance projects across multiple platforms, channels, and partner organizations
- Outstanding relationship-building skills
- A digital-first, data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze data & performance metrics and identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement to inform marketing strategy
- Function as the marketing SME (Subject Matter Expert) on cross functional teams; full understanding of how to consult on/shape business partner questions/hypotheses and advise on potential marketing efforts and develop a comprehensive digital-first marketing plan
- Knowledge of Financial Service Industry preferred
