Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathesMachine complex parts to tight tolerancesRead blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawingsTroubleshoot machining and quality issuesOptimize tooling, setups, and cycle timesSupport process improvements and continuous improvement initiativesMentor less experienced machinists
