Located in Auburn Hills, MI Essential Functions:
- Direct support to the Programs Director.
- Lead end-to-end program management of Defense/DoD software contracts.
- Oversee cross-functional teams spanning software engineering, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and systems engineering.
- Manage subcontractor performance related to software development and testing.
- Engage directly with U.S. Army, Marine Corps, and other DoD customers.
- Lead rapid development cycles including prototyping, testing, and iterative releases.
- Maintain financial oversight, earned value performance, and contract compliance.
- Support AR capture and proposal efforts for Defense software programs.
- Manage program documentation using PLM and configuration management tools.
- Continuous improvement of processes and software delivery efficiency.
- Undertake other duties as tasked by the Program Director or their delegate.

- 10+ years of experience delivering complex U.S. Defense or DoD software programs.
- Experience with EVM, DELTEK, MS Project, SAP, and software lifecycle tools.
- Experience leading large cross-functional software teams.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Background Prerequisites:
- Must pass background checks and meet suitability requirements for classified information access.
- Training in PMP, Agile, or Systems Engineering.
- Experience leading distributed software teams.
- Knowledge of DoD software deliverable systems.
- Experience with cybersecurity and encryption software.
- Knowledge of ITAR and export compliance.
