A3 Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage daily operations, deliverable execution, stakeholder coordination, quality control, and reporting cadence for a federal mission-support engagement. If you'd enjoy serving as the team's operational lead, ensuring day-to-day activities remain aligned with client priorities, reporting needs, quality expectations, and delivery timelines, this role is for you! In this role you will:
- Manage the daily and weekly operating rhythm for the delivery team.
- Maintain the deliverable tracker, action tracker, decision log, risk tracker, meeting cadence, reporting calendar, and client review schedule.
- Convert client priorities and leadership direction into executable tasks, owners, due dates, dependencies, and deliverable milestones.
- Coordinate with team members to collect, validate, organize, and package inputs for client-facing deliverables.
- Run deliverable quality reviews before submission, including checks for accuracy, traceability, completeness, formatting, readability, and executive readiness.
- Track client comments, maintain comment disposition, coordinate revisions, and ensure deliverables move through review to acceptance.
- Support transition-in and transition-out planning, artifact inventory, repository setup, knowledge-transfer activities, and continuity planning.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes, status updates, executive-ready summaries, management reports, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with schedule, dashboard, risk, resource, and reporting analysts to keep all products aligned and current.
- Ensure recurring reports, dashboards, action trackers, and decision logs reflect the latest approved information.
- Identify delivery risks, quality issues, resource constraints, and schedule impacts early, and recommend corrective actions to the Program Manager.
- Maintain repository discipline, naming conventions, version control, and artifact traceability for submitted and working products.
- Support performance reporting and quality-management activities, including preparation for client reviews, corrective actions, and deliverable resubmissions.
- Help enforce non-personal services boundaries by ensuring recommendations and analysis are clearly distinguished from client decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of federal project management, PMO, delivery management, or operations coordination experience.
- PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent program/agile experience or certification preferred.
- Experience managing CDRLs, status reporting, action logs, decision logs, quality reviews, and comment resolution.
- Experience supporting transition, knowledge transfer, artifact inventories, repository setup, and continuity planning.
- Strong writing, organization, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across technical, analytical, reporting, and management functions.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, short suspense timelines, and multiple deliverables without losing quality discipline.
- Experience preparing executive summaries, meeting minutes, status reports, governance materials, and leadership-facing deliverables.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar project and collaboration tools.
- Active Secret clearance or higher required.

- The salary range of this position is $145,000 - $170,000 commensurate with experience and achievement.
