This role provides you with the opportunity to join a SAAS/cloud-first, innovative, fast-paced technology team within Fidelity Institutional Technology supporting FAMS, responsible for technical implementation and design of the client experience and servicing applications for institutional customers. Your focus will be to continuously develop and enhance client servicing functionalities in our CRM Salesforce platform, redefining servicing & client experience. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will work as part of the development team creating and supporting new and existing FAMS technology products.

This is one of the largest organizations serving the U.S. institutional marketplace with more than $540 billion in assets under administration and over 750 institutional customers. We serve as a gateway to Fidelity’s broad and deep institutional investment management capabilities.

The Skills/Expertise You Have
- Overall 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering development and 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Expertise in understanding Salesforce.com, Communities, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other Salesforce product areas.
- Strong understanding of solutions on Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visual Force, Lightning components, LWC, Salesforce workflows/Flows.
- Knowledge of Integration patterns and engineering experience with real time with APIs and Batch to integrate data between systems.
- Develops applications for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.
- Experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features.
- Experience in delivering software in the Agile environment.
- Able to perform independent and complex technical for projects and initiatives.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that allow you to create, document, review design, approaches, and solutions with architecture, technical leads, and developers.
- Strong analytical skills, enabling you to research, document, review existing systems and implement recommend designs for achieving requirements for self-contained projects within a larger program.
- Working understanding of Provar QA automation
- Hands-on development in Python, Java, JavaScript SDKs, Web integrations, RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and EKS
- Experience with Java and webservices
- Familiarity with Front End technologies (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JSON, Ajax, Angular.js)
- Lead team and develop Salesforce modules to modernize and streamline Client experience and Client Servicing processes
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions for business problems
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
