Job Description:
We have an opening for an experienced Systems Analyst to join the Fidelity Institutional Business Enablement Technology (FIBET) team. This person will be part of a team working on both client and server-side technologies that deliver value for the FI Intermediary Servicing Business. You will also have the opportunity to grow and develop professionally within the Fidelity organization.
The Expertise we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Technology preferred.
3-5 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst
Innovative problem solver and works well in teams
Ability to work under minimum supervision with colleagues at all levels
Experience with Agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Proactive, thorough, standout colleague who understands how systems applications can provide solutions to business problems and objectives.
The Purpose of your role:
You will be a member of a scrum team made up of software engineers, quality assurance engineers and squad lead (product owner) responsible for delivering key customer features for our marketing team.
