Our team builds outstanding experiences for Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations customers. We focus on crafting rich and compelling experiences using the best application design guidelines by way of robust tooling to provide business process management via workflow technology for all our operations service lines. We work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are committed to advancing a digital strategy to the delight of our internal and external customers.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
5+ years of total engineering or systems analysis experience leading process redesign
Moderate to advanced knowledge of tools and techniques for presenting and analyzing data including SQL, Access, Excel, relational databases, XML, JSON, XSD, Postman/Insomnia and SQL developer
Ability to understand the technology and software architecture of an application and lead enterprise scale project delivery with a keen eye for dependency management
Self-starter, team-focused, independent, collaborative, and can work with minimum supervision
Demonstrable expertise in system analysis methodologies and techniques, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, testing, and product documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills; Communicates clearly, concisely, and impactfully to influence others
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adapting to organizational changes
Approaches work with an open mind and sense of creativity by challenging current practices and recommending improvements
Ability to navigate through ambiguous circumstances and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
Growth mentality with a passion for continuous learning and development
Experience within the financial services industry is a plus
Experience with generative AI tools to assist with requirements is a plus
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
