The Role
Fidelity's Quant Research Technology Option Overlay team is looking for a Senior Systems analyst to help deliver options overlay strategies to SMA space. You will play an important role working with application teams to gather requirements, evolve them into work items, design test case scenarios and validate team's output.
We place a high importance on the capability to work closely with team members, engineers, architects, and product areas across business units. This individual should possess communication skills that can influence and educate audiences comprised of technical and non-technical roles.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Strong Financial Markets Domain Knowledge – Derivatives & options preferred
User Story Expertise – Skilled in writing clear, testable, and valuable Agile stories.
Testing Attitude – Capable of crafting and completing functional tests and conducting acceptance testing.
Tech Domain – Comfortable working with data, APIs, system integrations, SQL, financial excel, python.
Collaborative Communicator – Bridges gaps between business and technology teams.
Diligent – Precision in documentation and validation is critical.
Agile Delivery Experience – Familiar with iterative development and backlog management.
Curious and Adaptable – Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, greenfield environment. Able to connect the dots from tech details to business value.

Be part of our team developing a cutting-edge platform for launching a new Options Overlay Product in Asset Management Technology group. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to a distinct project. AM Tech is growing within Fidelity's 'Investment Frontier Neighborhood', enriching our Liquid Alts offerings. We employ diverse market instruments, such as derivatives and equities.
