The Team
The Wealth Solutions Technology organization is part of Fidelity’s Wealth business unit and is responsible for a variety of products and services aimed at helping customers to plan and manage their investments. Our focus is building self-directed, end-to-end solutions that push the bounds of financial and technical innovation and improve the financial lives of our customers. Because we are passionate about building quality software, we invest heavily in automated monitoring and alerting, conduct thorough incident postmortems, and prioritize automation and capacity planning to maintain robust, resilient systems.
The Expertise You Have
- Deep experience in managing technology environment stability and availability, ensuring high uptime and reliability
- Solid understanding of ITIL practices for incident management, change management, and service delivery.
- Proficiency in system support principles, focusing on process automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with iterative software development, including delivery projects and implementations
- Expertise in search and analytics engines like Splunk and Datadog for log analysis and insights
- Skills in workflow design, data analysis, and requirements identification/specification to optimize processes
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies is preferred
- knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, NodeJS, or Java for development and integration
- Experience with production support systems like ServiceNow
- Ability to think creatively and abstractly to tackle sophisticated problems

Dynamic Working
Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
The base salary range for this position is $43/hr - $60/hr.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
