Purpose:
The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Microsoft Co-Pilot and the Power Platform suite (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint). Key responsibilities include creating data-driven dashboards and reports, maintaining and troubleshooting automation systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities. The role also involves applying industry best practices, conducting performance assessments, maintaining documentation, training staff on automation tools, and ensuring all solutions comply with Fidelity standards.
Responsibilities & Duties
Stock Plan Services (SPS) provides companies with outstanding administration for their equity compensation programs, including stock option, restricted stock, employee stock purchase, stock appreciate and performance plans. SPS Product Development supports the business and technology work streams that deliver against approved initiatives including new products for emerging markets and enhancements to existing products.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI + SharePoint).
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting existing automation infrastructure
- Collaborating with other departments to solution automation needs and solutions
- Implementing industry best practices for automation
- Conducting regular system performance assessments
- Writing and updating documentation for automation processes
- Training staff on the use and benefits of automation systems
- Ensuring compliance with Fidelity standards
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field OR appropriate Certification in automation engineering or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, and Teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proven track record of successful automation project implementations
- Experience with data analytics and process optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or Certifications in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in automation or related roles
- Proficient in automation and control systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
