
SharePoint/Power Platform Support Administrator
The SharePoint/Power Platform Administrator is integral to managing and maintaining the organization's large-scale Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform environment. This role exists to ensure efficient collaboration, document management, and information sharing across the organization. Primary responsibilities include resolving user reported issues, configuring and optimizing SharePoint sites, managing permissions, and ensuring security compliance. Duties include:
- Support SharePoint modernization efforts including moving from Classic to Modern experience and migrating workflows and forms to modern solutions
- Take ownership of SharePoint-related tickets and see issues through to resolution
- Apply advanced diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and implement solutions
- Provide guidance on SharePoint best practices
- Develop high level strategies for storage & content management in a large SharePoint Online environment
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites, permissions, PowerShell scripts, workflows, and forms
- Use Sharegate for SharePoint Online and Teams for migration, management, and reporting of SharePoint Online content.
- Provision accounts, manage permission and address user training needs
- Support solutions by capturing requirements for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
The projected compensation range for this position is $95K - $130K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.
Required Skills- Proven experience managing and administering SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- At least 7 years of IT experience, with 3 years of primary focus on SharePoint and Power Platform based solutions
- In depth understanding of the capabilities of Office 365/SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Microsoft workflows
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and functionalities, including security and compliance best practices
- Experience in configuring and customizing SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries, as well as in content migration and end-user support
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and writing abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems remotely, handle multiple priorities, manage tickets against SLA, and adapt to workload changes
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government public trust clearance
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Must be a US Citizen
