Position Announcement
Position Title: (Administrator) Site Coordinator, Full-Time at the Kingsport Instructional Service Center
The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Elizabethton is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to serve as the Site Coordinator for our Instructional Service Center in Kingsport. This full-time position plays a key role in the coordination, organization, and day-to-day operations of our Kingsport campus location. The Site Coordinator supports both the President and Vice Presidents in delivering essential academic, student services, and operational functions ensuring that the center operates efficiently and effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree required, bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Prior experience in secondary or post-secondary education settings.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer proficiency: experience with Microsoft Office and student information systems strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, plan, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Highly detailed and results oriented.
General Duties:
- Serve as a member of the institutional leadership team.
- Ensure the Instructional Service Center is open and operational during appropriate hours.
- Coordinate maintenance and security needs of the facility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all operations.
- Assist with key administrative services including admissions, advising, registration, financial aid, and business office functions.
- Oversee the operations of the Foundations of Technology lab.
- Provide individual and group academic advising, including guidance on attendance and conduct when necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-based emergencies.
- Prepare and assist with institutional reports as needed.
- Support local high school dual enrollment functions as needed.
- Supervise personnel, including faculty, to support efficient daily operations
- Perform additional duties assigned to support the campus and institutional mission.

Salary: Commensurate with Tennessee College of Applied Technology salary guidelines.
Working Conditions:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stoop, stand and work, with or without accommodation to demonstrate and perform work-based projects
- Operating a motor vehicle to travel within the college service area and beyond as needed.
