Spanish Reviewer Consultant / Marketing Manager -

The Role
Have you ever wanted to build a better digital experience for our customers? For this contractor position, we are looking for an associate fluent in the Spanish language, including the ability to read and write the language to join our product team for 12-18 months. Hybrid only and will NOT consider remote. The locations are: Merrimack, NH Westlake TX, Covington KY & Smithfield RI. In this role you will:

• Work with our third-party translation vendor - reviewing Spanish pieces for quality
• Project Management of translation requests to/from the vendor, providing timely communication to our business stakeholder/partners
• Work as Lead Consultant to team on how to best provide key word recommendations for our Term Library / Knowledge Database (terms that are preferred, acceptable, not acceptable) to drive quality and standardization
• Provide feedback to our translators, on inconsistent or inaccurate translations and identify process gaps to optimize the Spanish offering
• Partnering with Spanish Governance team on prioritization of translation request and backlog
• Understanding of our Compliance eReview system, where you will be responsible for reviewing Spanish pieces, to ensure accuracy/alignment to the English piece
• Own Training and onboarding of our new Spanish Translators on an ongoing basis

• Proven strong verbal and written communication skills and take initiative to proactively communicate issues and feedback in a timely manner

• Ability to work independently and be self-directed

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
