ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Process and prepare various reports as needed.
Perform various functions to ensure timely and accurate record filing.
Respond to and provide information to authorized internal departments.
Enter data in various computer programs and forms.
Answer phone and open mail.
Perform various other support functions as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Two years of college or equivalent business/office experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point, and familiar with general computer software skills.
Excellent organization and documentation skills.
Able to meet deadlines.
Satisfactory written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Office environment
This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards
