Position Purpose
Reporting to the Vice President of Dealer Development, this position is responsible for the aiding and documenting the development of JCB North America’s Sponsored Dealerships. This position is located in Savannah, GA.
Position Type: Exempt
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Administration and support for the Sponsored Dealer program
- Assisting with new Sponsored Dealer onboarding
- Documenting SOPs for processes in sales, service, parts, finance, and HR
- Capturing and sharing best practice
- Regular reporting
- Maintaining dealer performance dashboards
- Providing dealer operational training
Nature & Scope
Reports to the VP of Dealer Development.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA in Business or similar
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests as applicable
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to travel as required
- Organized and process-oriented
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively lead projects
- Data analysis skills
