
Squad Lead / Product Manager, Enterprise Guided Experience

We’re looking for a Product Manager/Squad Lead to lead a team in delivering impactful features driven by customer feedback and data insights. In this role, you’ll work closely with UX, Analytics, and Engineering to optimize team strengths and deliver meaningful outcomes. You’ll also collaborate with other squads in the cohort to develop new features that enhance product adoption and scale our digital capabilities. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- You hold a bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree being preferred.
- You have 7+ years of comparable product management experience in financial services and technology including cross enterprise focus.
- You enjoy creating customer centric digital experiences that deliver on product, technology, and firm goals, using Agile methodologies.
- You define and prioritize a squad roadmap aligned to the larger set of product and business goals/KPIs.
- You deliver key features for our product by taking accountability for feature releases and empowering the team.
- You foster a collaborative environment where opinions and team dynamics matter, to create a high functioning cross-skilled team.
- You possess a keen interest in customer feedback / marketplace trends.
- You build strong relationships and partner effectively to build credibility and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- You are a hands-on leader, an active listener and are motivated by building teams to deliver products through all stages of product development.
- You are intellectually curious and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching others to be the best version of themselves.
The Team
The team sits within the Enterprise Digital Capabilities team within Digital Products domain as part of the Fidelity Brokerage business unit. Digital Products' priority is to drive our digital business by optimizing channels and delivering core capabilities in support of attracting and deepening relationships with our self-directed customers.
