The Role

The Sr. Alternative Investments Investor Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the Alternative Investment Investor Relations team successfully executes its support strategy on behalf of assigned funds, aiding the team to evolve our capabilities to address new product types and mitigate operational risks, and helping drive improvements to our investor’s private fund experience.

The Expertise and Skill you Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent
  • Private fund experience required; Exchange Fund experience preferred, but not required
  • 5+ years of experience in fund operations, ideally in a client onboarding and servicing capacity
  • Strong understanding of asset management middle office/back-office functions, particularly cash and security settlements
  • Experience with private fund administration and/or transfer agent applications desirable. Knowledge and an understanding of FinTech private fund platforms a plus
  • Analytical, possessing superior research and problem-solving skills; ability to explain and resolve complex processes.
  • Self-starter, individual contributor

  • Ability to maintain effective and mutually beneficial working relationships with internal and external counterparts

The Team

On behalf of the Operations & Services Group (OSG), the Alternative Investments Investor Relations (AIIR) team supports an array of proprietary Fidelity private fund offerings spanning the private equity, private credit and private real asset categories. AIIR facilitates the onboarding of investors, assists with managing investor transactions, supports investor communications, and responds to operational inquiries and service requests.

The base salary range for this position is $66,000-$104,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
