Job Description
The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The Cobrand team within the US Consumer Marketing Group is responsible for delivering sustained revenue growth by making partner marketing a core growth engine and strategic differentiator across every cobrand.
The Senior Analyst, Delta Customer Marketing will play a key role in driving growth across the Delta Cobrand portfolio by developing and executing customer marketing strategies that increase cardmember value, engagement, and revenue. The role manages a portfolio of customer treatments—including upgrades, supplementary cards, and lending offers—across Delta and American Express channels, partnering closely with Delta stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven growth.
This role sits at the intersection of partnership management, marketing strategy, analytics, and execution, offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders across both American Express and Delta. This role offers unique exposure to one of American Express' largest and most strategic cobrand partnerships, providing opportunities to influence customer growth strategy, partner engagement, and portfolio performance across both Delta and American Express channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer marketing strategies across 9+ Delta and American Express channels to drive portfolio growth and achieve business objectives
Manage key Delta partner relationships, identifying opportunities to grow new accounts, cardmember spend, and partner remuneration while advancing shared business goals
Expand & optimize upgrades in Delta Face-to-Face channels, partnering closely with acquisition marketing
Identify opportunities for growth through campaign expansion, optimization, and structured testing initiatives
Lead channel and treatment optimization efforts through performance analysis, testing, and audience expansion opportunities
Own forecasting, performance reporting, and business reviews for Delta customer marketing initiatives, translating data into actionable recommendations
Develop compelling performance narratives and executive-ready presentations that communicate business results, key drivers, and growth opportunities
Manage day-to-day relationships with key partners, including leading regular performance and status meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Finance, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing Operations to deliver marketing initiatives from strategy through execution
Lead multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while ensuring flawless execution
Navigate a regulated environment by ensuring all marketing activities meet legal and compliance requirements
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in performance marketing preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with partners such as analytics, marketing, legal, or external partners
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools preferred
