The Sr. Marketing Analyst will keep track of spend performance and identify trends. This person will work closely with other internal and external teams to support data-driven decision-making for initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and conversion of franchise audiences into multi-product purchasers.
Organizational Relationships
This role will collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams—including marketing channels, franchise business owners, LOB owners, and the internal Customer Marketing team—to ensure that spend is processed effectively and actionable data insights are shared for integration into strategic marketing efforts.
This position is based in Fort Lauderdale with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing, finance, data analytics, or a related field within a fast-paced, customer-driven business or agency environment.
Expertise in Excel, including data organization, analysis, and visualization. Experience with Accounts Payable processing software such as Coupa. Understanding of Data Visualization and BI tools like QlikView or Power BI. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation is highly desirable. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with an initiative-taking and adaptable approach to challenges.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to convey complex information succinctly.
Understanding of regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and forecasting models.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
Meticulous attention to detail, organizational acumen, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Job Responsibilities

Investment Processing and Data Support
Process and analyze marketing investments by gathering data from various sources, evaluating performance outcomes, and providing insights based on trends and historical performance. Highlight trends and opportunities for targeted campaigns to business and campaign owners. Apply data-driven insights to make recommendations to adjust strategy and improve future campaign performance

Data Management
Analyze and audit campaign data within internal and external tools, identifying and communicating inconsistencies between sources and troubleshooting data discrepancies to ensure reliable reporting. Maintain documentation of findings and corrective action as reference for future analysis.

Reporting and Data Visualization
Maintain internal dashboards and monitored external Business Intelligence Visualization Tools. Generate reports and dashboards to track Marketing investment performance. Create reports to support business needs, enabling the team to be self-sufficient. Document definitions of KPI and campaign naming conventions.

Budget Management
Forecast and plan budget for FY targeting campaigns generating strong performance and business needs to meet goals. Monitor and track spending against budget and modify forecasts to support changes in financial conditions or strategy. Provide variance analysis and detailed reports for transparency and informed decision-making.

Vendor Collaboration
Collaborate with external vendors to gather and validate marketing data and spend, ensuring that insights align with campaign objectives for seamless integration. Communicate updates to store, store personnel, and various LOBs.
6.
Administrative and Infrastructure Support
Provide administrative support with communications to the Marketing team and program support, ensuring smooth operations and effective data management across multiple projects.
