The Sr. Associate - Digital Product Manager, Data Strategy and Insights in Amex Digital Labs will play an integral part in driving continued growth, collaboration, and innovation across our entire product portfolio. This role will sit on the broader Cross Product Strategy & Operations team within Labs whose mission is to foster a culture of product excellence by focusing on cross-functional areas that drive efficiency, consistency, and strategic decision making across the Labs product portfolio. The analyst will support teams across multiple portfolios and be responsible for data analysis, product insights, monitoring standards, reporting, and supporting data migration efforts. This individual should be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across a variety of stakeholders and initiatives.

Responsibilities

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Support the execution of the team’s data and insights strategy to help inform product decision-making across multiple portfolios.

  • Assist in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and help communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

  • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards, presentations, and reporting materials that help bring data to life and support strategic decision-making

  • Provide operational and analytical support across the broader product portfolio, helping ensure alignment, efficiency, and consistency across teams and initiatives

  • Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and support the development of actionable insights

  • Proficiency in SQL querying and experience using data to support reporting, analysis, and business decision-making

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams across portfolios

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present findings and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating agility in shifting priorities, navigating ambiguity, and maintaining focus on high-impact outcomes 

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and support team initiatives as needed

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in working with technical and product development teams and knowledge of data tools such as Power BI, Adobe, etc. is a plus!

  • $89,250 - $150,250 per year
