Success in this role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Job Responsibilities: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with work both onsite and remotely, based out of our White Plains, NY office. · Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insight into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.· Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Marketing, Data, Engineering and Operations teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.· Collaborate and create data tools for analytics and data science team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.· Create, maintain and enhance dashboards, reports and other visualizations for stakeholders.· Tightly collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on project planning and design processes.· Anticipates the impact on the business of any changes to existing systems and advises internal customers as appropriate.· Formulates options, including assessing their relative merits and risks, and works to determine the best solution.You Should Have:· Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering, Math, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field.· 5+ years of experience in a BI Engineering role and worked on the design, deployment, and management of dashboards, delivering business insights and analytics· 3+ years Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SSRS or similar analytical and reporting tools.· Ability to design, develop, and maintain logical and physical dimensional data models (star schemas, snowflake schemas) for analytical workloads· Strong Computer programming skills: SQL and Python· Experience with relational SQL databases: MS SQL Server, Snowflake or equivalent.· Experience with ETL Services: SSIS, Azure Data Factory, DBT or equivalent· Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.· Experience designing, building and optimizing scalable data pipelines and data sets.· Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.· Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.· Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.· Strong project management and organizational skills.· Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.· Intellectual curiosity to find new and unusual ways of how to solve data management issues.
