ABOUT YOU
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients tackle complex business and people challenges. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to assess needs and then design and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions related to organization design, leadership, teams, and workforce. Your role will include supporting client delivery, owning workstreams, conducting data-driven analyses, and helping to create compelling deliverables and recommendations that drive change.
This is a strong opportunity for experienced consultants who are energized by strategy and execution and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and intellectually curious environment. Successful candidates will bring prior consulting experience, a strong foundation in talent strategy, organization design, and change management, and the ability to work closely with client stakeholders and team members at all levels.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead workstreams and support broader project execution across multiple client engagements, particularly in areas such as leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and organization design.
- Structure and conduct data collection and analysis, including interview synthesis, survey design, benchmarking, and the development of data visualizations and insights to inform client recommendations.
- Create high-quality deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and reports, that translate findings into clear, actionable narratives for client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to define challenges, co-create solutions, and manage project timelines and work plans with oversight from engagement leaders.
- Facilitate client meetings and working sessions with confidence and professionalism.
- Provide direction and support to junior team members, fostering growth and high-quality contributions.
- Contribute to thought leadership, case studies, and firm development initiatives, helping to build and refine Lotis Blue's intellectual capital.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Required
- 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in organization, talent, and/or change consulting.
- Undergraduate degree in a behavioral science or business-related field (e.g., I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Public Health).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with ambiguity and can synthesize complex information into practical, actionable insights.
- Proficient in developing compelling PowerPoint presentations, tailoring narratives to different audiences and communicating findings and their implications to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including experience working with and presenting to client stakeholders.
- Strong time and task management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred
- Expertise in the health care industry
- Relevant post-graduate education (e.g., business, economics, psychology, health care administration, engineering)
- Capability in Power BI or Tableau and other analytics/visualization tools

Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
- $116,600.00 - $174,800.00 annually
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Hybrid, but willing to join a thriving Chicago Loop office culture at least 3 days per week. Must also be willing to travel up to 10 days per month.
