The Purpose of This Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, You will collaborate with business, technology and architecture teams across the company to design and develop our next generation data platforms using traditional/cutting edge/Cloud technologies, open source frameworks and cloud services. you will be responsible for contributing to the overall effort around defining the domain and data capabilities by analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions for the projects delivered by the Technology Engineering team. The candidate will work directly with Architects, Tech Leads and senior development resources across our team, as well as other technical and business stakeholders across the organization in a fast paced agile environment

• Ability to design and develop front end web-interface for engineers and business analysts

• Contributes to standard practices for problem-solving approaches, tools, and processes.
• You will Analyze and manage technology cost drivers to ensure efficient scale and support of UI, API, back-end capabilities including public cloud migration.
• Exploring new technology trends and leveraging them to simplify our data ecosystem.
• Driving Innovation and guiding the teams to implement solutions with future thinking.
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver technology solutions for the business needs
• Acting as a technical mentor to the engineering teams and bringing them up to speed on latest data technologies and promoting continuous learning.
• You will need to constantly update professional knowledge by researching new internet technologies and software products, participating in educational/training opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks.

Technical / Behavioral
• Proven technical and personal leadership experience in core database programming, data warehousing, and debugging.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Oracle, AWS, and ETL technologies, with deep experience in data integration patterns across relational and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of key enterprise IT languages and technologies, including RDBMS, Snowflake, Python, AWS, and Oracle.
• Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery technologies.
• This role requires 5+ years design and development delivery experience.
• Ability to effectively articulate and present ideas / technical design to appropriate audience.
