Job Summary
The Senior Director of Recruiting & Events provides strategic leadership, planning, and execution of all football recruiting experiences and program-hosted events. This position oversees official and unofficial visits, prospect engagement initiatives, recruiting weekends, and high-profile football events while ensuring strict adherence to NCAA, SEC, and University policies.
The Senior Director of Recruiting will also assist in developing and managing budgets while monitoring expenditures to ensure financial responsibility. The position will be responsible for maintaining records of visit participation and ability to track conversion metrics from visits to commitments, and provide analytical reports to coaching staff.
The Senior Director of Recruiting will recruit, train and supervise students hosts and player ambassadors ensuring an innovative and exceptional recruiting experience for future prospects.
The role enhances the program’s recruiting success by delivering an elite, compliant, and highly organized experience for prospects and their families.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Experience in Division I recruiting operations, event management and player personnel. Experience managing high level events and logistics.
