• Define processes supporting pooled inventory and inter-market transfers

Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
• Lead Senior Operations Managers and partner with Product, Technology, AN Finance, Central BDC, Pricing & Inventory, Central HQ functions (e.g., Legal, Compliance, BOS) and Field Leadership
• Represent the voice of the field in cross-functional planning

• Experience designing and scaling centralized operating models – ideally in the auto retail space
• Strong familiarity and experience with auto dealership operations
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Tech, and Field teams
• Deep understanding of customer journey design and operational process flow
• Data-driven operator with strong execution discipline
• Automotive retail or omni-channel experience preferred
