Lead the architecture behind a large-scale, always-on digital supply chain. As a Senior Network Architect, you'll set the enterprise network vision-designing resilient, secure, and scalable architectures across data centers, cloud, edge, and global connectivity. This role blends strategic influence with deep technical leadership to power mission-critical operations at scale.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do
  • Define and govern enterprise-wide network architecture aligned to business growth and operational continuity.
  • Design and evolve LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, data center, multicloud, and edge network architectures.
  • Lead high-availability, high-performance network designs supporting real-time logistics and distribution systems.
  • Drive architectural standards, design principles, and technology roadmaps.
  • Provide thought leadership in network automation, infrastructure as code, and software-defined networking.
  • Partner with executives, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendors to evaluate technologies and influence long-term investment decisions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor during major modernization initiatives, migrations, and escalations.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise-scale network architecture and design.
  • Expert knowledge of routing, security, and network protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IPSEC, RADIUS).
  • Deep experience with Cisco enterprise and data center architectures, including ACI (multi-site).
  • Proven success designing SD-WAN, multicloud, and hybrid connectivity solutions.
  • Strong background in network automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
  • Cisco CCIE (Enterprise Infrastructure or Data Center) required.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
