McLane is transforming its digital supply chain ecosystem-and we're looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to lead products that directly support FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) initiatives across our enterprise.
In this role, you will define and deliver technology solutions that enhance traceability, strengthen data integrity, and ensure operational readiness across a complex national supply chain. You'll partner closely with engineering, data, UX, operations, supply chain, compliance, and executive leadership to turn regulatory requirements and business needs into scalable, high-value digital products.

What You'll Lead
- Build and own the product vision and long-term roadmap for FSMA-aligned digital supply chain capabilities
- Translate complex regulatory requirements-such as enhanced traceability and recordkeeping-into actionable product strategies
- Lead full lifecycle product delivery: discovery, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver secure, scalable, interoperable solutions
- Guide change management, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise communication
- Define performance KPIs and leverage insights to improve compliance, operational efficiency, and customer experience
What You'll Bring
- 5-8+ years of experience in product management or enterprise IT, ideally within digital supply chain environments
- Strong understanding of regulatory or compliance-driven product work (FSMA/FDA experience is a plus)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including influencing senior leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment
- This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
