Enterprise Data Management & Products (EDMP), a key part of our Enterprise Technology Services organization, focuses on delivering data products that fuel business growth and unlock value, while also shaping robust data management strategies and governance solutions. The Enterprise Data Office (EDO) is part of Enterprise Data Management & Products (EDMP). Our aim is to propel growth, unlock potential, enhance efficiency, manage risk, and foster talent. By prioritizing enterprise growth across all sectors, we create solutions that enhance satisfaction and value, streamline operations for scalability, and maintain trust and security.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensuring EDO program and project scopes and deliverables are well-defined, stakeholders are effectively engaged, risks are identified and mitigated, and change impacts are addressed.
- Maintain project plans and track progress against key program milestones and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and communicate gaps, risks, scope changes, resourcing, and financial implications to senior management. Drive timely resolution of identified gaps.
- Strategically coordinate across the EDO program to identify dependencies and cross-functional opportunities that align with organizational objectives.
- Skillfully engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple business functions and organizational levels. This includes workstream leads, product owners, Business Unit Data Offices, regulatory relations, Internal Audit Group, Technology, and colleagues from critical support functions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success and monitor their achievement.
- Support the Enterprise Data Office (EDO) Program & Change Management team with Internal Audit Group deliverables, external regulatory remediation efforts, enterprise-wide initiatives (i.e., Project Guardian, Enterprise PMO policy), and executive leadership presentations.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment by embracing opportunities to learn and demonstrating strong adaptability in a growing environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years of project/program management
- Experience using Microsoft Suite
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience gathering and defining requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong relationship skills with a track record of collaborating, influencing, and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners, including leadership.
- Enjoys solving large and complex problems.
- Proven communications skills to synthesize key messages, prepare impactful materials, and tailor appropriately for the audience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple demands successfully within a matrixed organization.
- Team player comfortable working collaboratively to resolve challenges in a demanding environment.
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
