Job Summary
As one of two team members within the Scheduling Unit of the University Registrar’s office, this position provides support to faculty and staff throughout the academic campus and medical campus relating to classroom inventory and scheduling. This position works closely with academic and administrative departments throughout the University to ensure a collaborative and productive partnership regarding classroom scheduling practices. Staff will be required to support the University Registrar office leadership by providing feedback on the classroom scheduling processes to ensure shifting department needs continue to be met. Each member of the team is expected to provide exceptional service to university partners through a variety of communication points. This unit and the two staff members within it will serve as the primary point of contact for all classroom inventory and scheduling needs throughout the university and will additionally provide support for one another as needed.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Windows, MS Office (including Word, Outlook, Excel), SAP (SLCM) experience preferred. Excellent communication and decision making skills
