  • Welcoming, with an authentic smile and outstanding customer service to every customer.

  • Supportive and constructive in facilitating the training of new associates, providing reinforcement for successful performance and offering respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
  • Methodical in your execution of store operations, adeptly overseeing opening and closing duties, and diligently enforcing operational policies and procedures.
  • Diligent and detail-oriented, ensuring adherence to recipe and presentation standards, while strictly following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Organized by keeping the work area neat and sanitary; utilize operational tools to achieve operational excellence during the shift.
  • Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, to support operational needs.
  • Focused and thorough by providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards; follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Hardworking to include working in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
  • Responsible by meeting operating policies and standards; including providing quality beverages, food products and cash handling


Qualifications for Success:
  • 1+ years of experience in a managerial role. Showcasing your ability to inspire and guide others effectively.
  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail, coffee shop, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a dedication to going the extra mile for every customer.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to push and pull up to 20 lbs of force occasionally
  • Occasional: Sitting and climbing; frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, and handling
  • Frequent: Head turn, trunk bend, side reach, grasp, power grip, pinch, finger manipulation, & feel
  • Constant - Stand, handling, & forward reach
