Job Summary
The STEPS Administrative Assistant provides administrative and systems support related to graduate faculty and teaching assistant credentials.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintaining graduate faculty status records and Director of Graduate Studies appointments within faculty databases
- Generating reports related to expired or expiring faculty status
- Recording completion of teaching assistant observations and evaluations.
The role also supports compliance reporting for TA observations and evaluations at the college and departmental level.
In collaboration with the Office for Faculty Advancement, this position contributes to the development and revision of user documentation for faculty information systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and digital accessibility standards, and assists in optimizing digital archives within the Microsoft 365 environment.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, experience with SAP and other UK systems, organizational skills, interpersonal skills.
