Job Summary
The STEPS administrative business officer provides administrative support to the OFPD team for the CET process by entering, maintaining, and tracking equipment data within the CET application. This position plays a key role in ensuring equipment information is accurate, complete, and up to date throughout the project life cycle. This scope of work is vital to maintaining schedules on large projects.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
-University Degree or equivalent
-Strong Data entry and organizational skills, Attention to detail and accuracy
-Basic computer skills and experience with database or tracking systems such as smartsheet
-Experience with capital equipment, procurement or asset tracking systems
-Familiarity with spreadsheets or enterprise applications
