Job Summary
This position and related job responsibilities is critical to the Department of Internal Medicine serving as an additional resources to the team for areas related to faculty/provider recruitment, continuity of credentialing, faculty appointments and promotions as well as overall organization of faculty affairs. This role will assist with the hiring procedures/processes in the various Internal Medicine divisions. Serves as one of the department’s central points of contact for all matters pertaining to recruitment.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Professional, solves complex/non-routine problems, routine decision making. Experience with recruitment, credentialing, privileging and the appointment processes.
