Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator position supports the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the UKHC Simulation Center. Working closely with the Administrative Manager and Simulation Center staff, this position contributes to scheduling coordination, data management, communications, and purchasing processes that sustain simulation center operations

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
Experience with or ability to quickly learn data entry, scheduling support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
