Shift
Primarily day shift Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00 pm.
Job Summary
The Administrative assistant will schedule appointments, maintain calendars, manage files, field external voice communications, vendor management, manage travel and itineraries, and assist with project meeting materials. This role will also coordinate on-boarding for new team members, be responsible for work space readiness, secure office supplies and technology to support project activities, and facilitate badge access for IT Staff. The Admin Asst will serve as the receptionist to 2317 Alumni Park Plaza, Suite 100 space.
- Manages Schedules and Meeting Arrangements.
- Manages Travel Schedule and arrangements.
- Customer support services — clerical and administrative support.
- Process mail and forms for department, answer questions in a timely manner.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast paced, high intensity, professional work environment. Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite, strong written and oral communication skills, professional demeanor, reliable, exemplary customer service, ability to meet deadlines, flexibility preferred. SAP and Service Now experience a plus.
