Job Summary

The STEPSAdministrative Support position will assist with the administrative duties of UK Real Estate Services.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Create purchase orders and process lease-related payments
  • Set up lease payments within the SRM system
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets related to lease cost centers and payment tracking
  • Ensure lease payments are processed accurately and in accordance with agreement deadlines
  • Coordinate with departments regarding cost center updates and changes
  • Process invoices including appraisals, utilities, taxes, and related expenses
  • Prepare journal vouchers (JVs) for recharge activity
  • Prepare check transmittals and supporting documentation
  • Produce documents using fill-in-the-blank templates and standardized formats
  • Provide general administrative support and complete other duties as assigned


Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Good communications skills
Good computer skills – Microsoft Suite including excel, trained in SAP and knowledgeable in purchase order creation, paying bills, etc.
